Gwinear will be up and running by the time you are down. There are a load of new carp in there that have not been fished for.
Fish in the evenings for the slabs in the 70's feed plenty of pellet and corn, no need to fish too far out.

hi lads, fished a little lake of the a19 on monday and had the best days fishing ive had for months.the lakes called renny,i fished across to the island in around a foot of water and casught steadily for most of the day on corn, feeding a kinder pot of corn after every fish, seemed to work spot on.id also been feeding a margin swim to the right near some reeds with 4ml pellets
and then fished corn over the top for some more nice carp to areound 7lb. anyone living in north yorkshire or teeside i would reccomend renny lake to people wanting some fast sport with the carp and some nice roach and chub also wanting to play ball. i would estimate i had 70 to 80lb of carp, chub and roach in a 6 hour session, will deffo be going again next week

Default Hi all

Names andy, and just making a serious effort to play more, did alot of match fishing in the 70's/80's while taking my country's shilling, but since having kids it was once or twice a year, now they're old enough they're showing an interest so have been getting out more.
Been fishing the gt ouse in bedford and some of the pits, tried a couple of the local commercials, kids enjoy it, but I enjoy the harder waters.
