Default Oh Bother that Flipping Hurt

It aint happened to me luckily but I have seen a bloke with a whole stem of a pole float in his finger. It shot back after pulling out of fish and entered tip of his finger and went three quarters way up his finger. He lost some mobility in the finger after having it surgically removed. Now that has to hurt !!!

Good lesson there is be careful !

Now now Stewart, nothing like a sore loser! That bet I mentioned came in by the way, Doncaster, Stockpot and Hull, £73 quid each! Most Welcome! :-)

I've managed to stick a hook in my thumb, right up to the eye, and i wasnt even fishing at the time, went to hospital as i couldnt get it out and couldnt get anyone to try to pull it out, funny that lol. I used to work at the hospital and i knew the nurse who took the hook out, talk about going red lmao It was a barbless hook so he managed to pull it out instead of pushing point out cutting point off then pulling it out the other way like he wanted too
