Narborough Lakes has a total of five fishing lakes spread over 27 acres of land, which is situated in part of the beautiful Nar Valley. Two of these are coarse lakes (Meadow and Millers). The other three lakes are fly lakes (Foresters, Ashford and Willow). There is also a trout stream with a good stock of rainbow trout at around 1lb and a few slightly bigger fish, which is ideal for anglers with families.
Willow Lake is a specimen fly lake which is well stocked with trout ranging from 31/2 lb - 16lb+ . The specimen lake for the coarse anglers is Meadow lake (approx 1 1/2 acres) is for over 18yr olds and can only be fished with prior booking. Meadow holds much bigger fish and as well as the carp, there are also specimen bream and tench to be found.
Millers coarse lake (approx 1 3/4 acres) has an island feature and also holds some double figure carp amongst the other species.
Beginners of any age are very welcome and help/advice is available from the friendly staff if needed.
